Tin cook related to the growth of Apple Maps says that he promises the continued improvement. Apple was started by Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak and Ronald Wayne. Over the last thirty years Apple has expanded throughout the world. They not only serve customers with computers but now they have also expanded to the consumer electronic. The products that Apple offers are such as Laptops, server, desktops etc.
For Apple launching its own Maps offering with iOS 6 proved to be very embarrassing happening. People were shocked that why did Apple decided to do it. Since Google has released its own its application product that is its own iOS version. This invention of Google was extra ordinary and the feedback was really very impressive. Tim Cook from Apple said that the company is going to work hard and they will continue to work hard until they will make their product to meet their standards. Apple also said time and said that it was very early time to expect anything from the product it needs time to be up to the mark. It is just the start of it.
Cook apologized for the product. He said that at Apple they work hard to make their products world class. They try hard to deliver the best products to their customers. But after launching the new product that is Maps, that did not fulfill our and our customer’s expectations. He said that they are really very sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that their customers had to face. They said they will make every possible effort to make Maps better.
Tim Cook also said that the more their customers will use Maps it will get better and better. And the company highly appreciated the feedback that they got from their customers regarding Maps. They are also trying several other alternatives to make Maps better. At the end he said that everything they are doing at Apple their main objective is to introduce and deliver the best products all over the world.
