One can simply place your cut of meat on the hotplate and use chopsticks to scroll through a series of vividly displayed icons to inform the appliance as to whether it’s dealing with fish, pork, beef, poultry or lamb. Based on this designation, the Smart Grill adjusts to the appropriate temperature and sets a timer. One can alter these presets to your preference, and you also have the option to apply grille marks, or your own freehand doodle.
